Fudan University Institute to Lend Support to Insurance Asset Management & Investment Summit

2nd China International Insurance Asset Management & Investment Summit 2017

In light of rapid growth in the industry, and important regulatory developments, Duxes will host the 2nd China International Insurance Asset Management & Investment Summit 2017 in Beijing, on April 20-21, 2017. Fudan University’s Insurance Research Institute will assist with the summit in a consultative role, and the Institute’s Director General, Xu Wenhua, will serve as its Chairman and Chief Advisor.

The Fudan University Insurance Research Institute was established in 1996 to help meet the growing demand for study of the insurance industry in China. It its two decades, the Institute has developed bachelors, masters, doctoral, and post-doctoral degree programs, established itself as a leading academic institution in the field, and cultivated relationships with distinguished partners around the world.

The summit will further the Institute’s mission to promote learning within the insurance industry, by providing a platform for leading voices to discuss important topics in insurance asset management and investment. Summit content will include analyses of newly implemented reforms in China and the European Union, and trends related to overseas insurance investment funds, pension funds, risk management, insurance capital investment, and asset allocation.

Through this exchange of knowledge, Duxes and the Fudan University Insurance Research Institute, hope to further the development of the insurance asset management and investment sector, both within China and around the world. Professionals working in insurance asset management, insurance, reinsurance, fund management, asset management, consulting, accounting, and other related fields are invited to attend.
