China International Green Vehicle Summit 2017

December 5-6, 2017 · Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay, Singapore

Duxes hosted the China International Green Vehicle Summit 2017 on December 5-6 in Shanghai. The summit gathered OEM representatives, technical experts, and policymakers, to discuss the burgeoning green vehicle sector, with content addressing the regulatory environment in China, technological innovation, and growth in consumer demand.

The event gave prominent coverage to government policies in China. Speakers detailed subsidy policies in place for electric vehicle manufacturers, and inside information on the much-publicized decline in subsides for 2018 and beyond, noting strategies for enterprises to pursue in the wake of this seemingly contradictory policy. Other content educated attendees on how to comply with green vehicle regulations in China, the impact of the Internet Plus initiative, and IP protections for new energy vehicles. On the technology-side, engineers and executives from pioneering enterprises in the field broke down such issues as vehicle health management, lithium batteries in new energy buses, the future of urban mobility, and vehicle charging in the future.

The China International Green Vehicle Summit 2017 broke down barriers between the international and Chinese electric vehicle sectors, spreading crucial knowledge on market conditions in China, and cutting-edge technology, to domestic and international enterprises. The event continued Duxes’ engagement with the automotive industry, by extending its coverage to the booming green vehicle market. Duxes would like to thank all speakers, panelists, and delegates, for contributing to an enriching summit.
