FinTech Asia Pacific Summit 2017

Duxes hosted the Fintech Asia Pacific Summit 2017 on November 20-21 in Singapore, offering the growing fintech industry a new platform to exchange views in its largest global hub. Leading voices in finance and technology, from the public and private sectors, gathered to discuss fintech innovation in progress across the region.

The summit featured contributions from representatives of leading financial institutions, addressing a wide range of topics. On the banking side, speakers provided firsthand testimony on how fintech has revolutionized banking, with ample case studies, market analysis, and to back their claims. Notable content detailed innovation to payment models, particularly with regard to cross-border payment, future implications of robo-advisory technologies, and the growing field of Insurtech. Country-specific presentations noted the opportunities and challenges for fintech in India, Singapore, and Australia, providing detailed accounts of market players and the regulatory climate.

The Fintech Asia Pacific Summit 2017 provided the financial industry with a glimpse of an ascendant field, in the world’s most economically dynamic region.
